    I couldn't get service where I moved too without putting a pole up in the middle if the front yard. The land lord would not go for that and I don't blame them. Now Ive been hit with a cancellation fee I never knew I would have and they already took it out of my checking account. I didnt agree to that. I even tried negotiating with them cause I'm buying a house and know I can get the service there. They are willing to do that and give me back my money they took IF I PAY more money.   • poor service



    called Dec, 23rd due to hd being out again, which has been and ongoing issue since we got this service March 2010 and was told earliest a tech could come is Jan 3, 2011. We are now without any channels working and have to wait another 5 days. I was told when I got this service that by getting insurance pkg they would take care of all problems but every time we call we get the run around so have not bothered calling everytime it goes out.   • Customer Retention



    Poor customer retention policies. It costs much more to get new customers than to keep loyal 15 year customers such as myself. I didn't ask for new customer monthly rate but simply for FREE upgrade for old outdated equipment. I get new phone every 24 months with AT&T...they have enough sense to realize there are competitors who would be happy to have my business.     I called Verizon due to an advertisement I saw. Price was lower than current company and we wanted FIOS. Son has FIOS and loves the quality. Verizon did not have FIOS in my area but offered a Triple Package that was $109 plus tax and a one time fee of $20 for internet. The TV service was Direct TV. I never spoke with Direct TV other than to schedule installation appointment which also had to be rescheduled because of no equipment.
